Question Number 1 - Do we have an Orions Gemz and Jewelry Catalog ?

Answer - We do not currently have an Orions Gemz and Jewelry Catalog or Brochure for we are strictly and E-Commerce Business. Unlike many Gemstone and Jewelry Businesses who produce a catalog, we do not. The price of Jewelry is directly relative to the spot market price of Gold, Silver, and Platinum and may change daily. Wholesale Gemstone prices for some of the more exotic Gemstones such as Tanzanite, Tsavorite and Demantoid Garnet, Emeralds, Rubies and Sapphires are also very dynamic. Like most Gemstone and Jewelry Businesses, we could produce Catalog or Brochure and inflate my prices for products and services to account for these price variations however, we have chosen not to at this time. We have opted to display as many of my products and services as possible on the Orions Gemz and Jewelry Website and to work closely with each individual customer, meeting their exact Gemstone and Jewelry requirements and price.

Products displayed on the Orions Gemz and Jewelry website are custom ordered and/or made to suit your specific requirements. For example, if you select a Ladies Engagement Ring Mounting containing Trillion Cut Diamond Accent Stones, these diamond accents stones may be substituted with Pink or White Sapphires, Tourmaline, Garnets etc. In addition, some of our customers may request that their Rings be made of 10kt White Gold instead of 10kt, 14kt or 18kt Yellow Gold or Platinum. Considering the literally hundreds of available Gemstone Options, type and color of metal desired, size and cut of each Gemstone, Ring Size, and possibly even some additional custom work they would like me to do, it would be impossible to develop a catalog to identify and quote a price (non-inflated prices) for literally hundreds of Ring options. For this reason, I have chosen to work directly with each customer both in requirements and price.

Question Number 3 - Do you Accept Credit Cards ?

Question Number 4 - I really do not like to give out my Credit Card Number over the Internet but do want to place an Order ... what do I do?

Answer - Go ahead and place your order using the Orions Gemz and Jewelry Order Form or via an Email to OrionsGemz@aol.com. In the Comment Section of the Order Form or in the body of your Email Message, indicate that you wish us to contact you for the Credit Card Information. Please indicate a Phone Number where you can be reached and once we process your request a member of our staff will contact you for the information.

Answer - At Orions Gemz and Jewelry we provide our Products and Services to those in the Gem and Jewelry Business as well as the General Public.

Question Number 6 - Who is Orions Gemz and Jewelry ?

Answer - Orions Gemz and Jewelry is currently an E-Commerce business only, home based in Fort Worth Texas. Here at Orions Gemz and Jewelry we provide Gemstones and Jewelry products, accessories and services to the general public, as well as to other Gem and Jewelry businesses around the country. Orions Gemz and Jewelry was started because the owner, Kurt Espenscheid, had always had a fascination for Diamonds and the unique and collectable colored Gemstones of the World, as well as Gold, Platinum and Silver Jewelry.
Orions Gemz and Jewelry enlisted the support of a small business in Southeast Texas, A&R Design, who handles our regional sales in the Southeast Texas Area (Tsavoritlady@aol.com). Slowly but surely we will be expanding our business to pick up regional sales managers in South and West Texas.
